    High School/Middle School Principal for Teaching & Learning (Grades 5-12)

    Qualified applicants will hold valid Arkansas Building Level Administrator license and successful experience teaching/leading professional learning community work.

    Responsibilities include building and leading the following schoolwide systems:

    Systems to ensure Adult Learning

    • Ensure schools will function in high professional learning communities where staff work in effective teams to answer the four questions of PLC
    • Lead and facilitate quality job embedded professional development
    • Conduct informal and informal classroom observations
    • Conduct teacher evaluations

    Systems to ensure a Guaranteed and Viable Academic Curriculum

    • Identify essential standards for each course and subject
    • Facilitate development of common formative assessments
    • Ensure effective and engaging instruction is occuring

    Systems to focus on Student Learning

    • Provide systemic academic response to intervention
    • Extend learning for those on level
    • Provide real world experiences and preparation for college and career readiness through community service learning, problem based-learning, internships, etc.

    Systems to utilize Student Learning Data

    • Serve as District Test Coordinator
    • Develop data system to utilize summative and formative test data

     The position pays on the licensed salary schedule with a .45 index on a 240 day contract.

    Student Performance Specialist (Grades 5-12)

    Qualified applicants will hold valid Arkansas teaching license and successful experience teaching and leading positive student activities.

    Responsibilities include building and leading the following schoolwide systems:

    Systems to ensure Student Engagement

    • Director of student organizations and activities
    • Coordinate with Athletic Director & Little League Director

    Systems to ensure a Guaranteed and Viable Behavior & Skill Curriculum

    • Identify essential behaviors and skills
    • Lead development of a positive personal growth and performance culture
    • Implement a personal performance curriculum
    • Handle student behavior management
    • Lead student supervise on campus and activities

    Systems to ensure Student Support

    • Provide systematic behavior and skill response to intervention to increase student achievement
    • Coordinate the Behavior Intervention Team - SRO, Counselors, Nurse, Mental Health Counselors, Specials teaches, community resources, etc.
    • Extend learning and leadership opportunities for those on level

    Systems to utilize Student Behavior Data

    • Serve as E-School Coordinator
    • Develop data system to utilize attendance, behavior, and performance data

    The position pays on the licensed salary schedule with a .1 index on a 200 day contract.

    Custodian Positions:

    8 hour custodian position available now, 8 hour and 6 hour positions available Feb 1.

    Clean and dust all parts of the building and empty trash daily.  Special areas such as toilets, drinking fountains, nurse stations, etc. must receive special attention daily for sanitation.  Custodians should also be willing to do all other duties as assigned.

    SUBSTITUTE Bus Drivers or Trip Drivers:

    CDL required. 

    Substitute bus routes pay $30 for AM oor PM routes.

    School day trips pay $50 or $60 for extended day trips.
